DIALI vzw builds pathways for young people to grow, lead, and succeed – especially those who need it most.
Through workshops, tournaments, mentorship, and community action – we create opportunities for youth to turn passion into purpose, regardless of background.
DIALI vzw is a youth-led non-profit based in Belgium. We believe in the power of sport to transform lives – not just on the pitch, but in education, careers, and communities.
Our mission: To unlock the potential of young people, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds, by providing access to opportunities, networks, and resources they otherwise wouldn't have.

A Commitment to Inclusion
At DIALI, we believe talent is universal, but opportunity is not.
Many young people from underprivileged communities – including migrants, refugees, and those facing financial or social barriers – never get the chance to explore careers in sport or connect with the people who can open doors.
That’s why we:
Budget for exceptional costs – covering transport, accessibility, and equipment so no one is left behind
Partner with local organizations to reach young people in underserved neighborhoods
Offer all programs free of charge – because cost should never be a barrier to opportunity
Provide mentorship from professionals who understand the challenges of breaking into the sports industry
Create safe, welcoming spaces where every young person feels seen, heard, and valued
Our work is rooted in the belief that sport can be a powerful tool for social inclusion. We don’t just talk about it – we build it into everything we do.
Our Programs
We run a range of initiatives designed to empower youth at every stage of their journey.
Talent Identification & Development
What it is:
Workshops and training sessions that give young athletes direct access to scouts, coaches, and ex-professionals. Participants learn what it really takes to get noticed and how to develop their skills for the next level.
Who it's for:
Players (16-30), coaches, and aspiring sports professionals.
Inclusion focus: We actively recruit non elite players participants from underprivileged neighborhoods, migrant communities, and areas with limited access to sport structures.
Education & Career Pathways
What it is:
Interactive sessions on the business, science, and technology of sport. From data analytics to sports marketing, eSports to financial literacy – we prepare young people for careers beyond the pitch.
Who it's for:
Students, career-changers, and anyone curious about the sports industry.
Inclusion focus: We partner with schools and youth organizations in underserved areas to ensure young people who might not otherwise have exposure to these career paths can participate.
Community Engagement & Solidarity Projects
What it is:
Ongoing initiatives that use sport to build bridges, promote inclusion, and strengthen communities. These include free open days, multi-cultural tournaments, and partnerships with local schools and organizations.
Who it's for:
Local youth, community groups, and partner organizations – with a focus on reaching those who face the greatest barriers to participation.
DIALI International Youth Tournament
What it is:
An annual showcase tournament bringing together elite and non-league academies from Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France. Designed to create scouting opportunities and competitive exposure for young players.
Who it's for:
U15–U17 teams, scouts, and clubs looking for emerging talent.
Inclusion focus: Our tournaments are made up of elite clubs, non league academies and a DIALI Team. The DIALI team is made up of highly potential young non elite players giving them the platform to show themselves and get scouted.
