ADNAN SALIFU

FOUNDER

Adnan holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in collaboration with the Johan Cruyff Institute. As a licensed FIFA agent with a deep passion for sports and a strong commitment to empowering others, he brings a unique blend of academic expertise, professional insight, and purpose-driven leadership to every project he undertakes. His work is rooted in the belief that sports can be a powerful catalyst for personal growth, social impact, and community development.

EL MUSTAFA KARAR

CO - FOUNDER

Mustafa is a creative and driven individual with a deep passion for helping others and making a meaningful difference in his community. With a strong love for sports, he believes in its power to unite, inspire, and develop young people both on and off the field. Known for his hard work and positive mindset, Mustafa is committed to uplifting those around him and creating real opportunities for growth. As a co-founder of DIALI vzw, he plays a key role in shaping the organization’s vision and impact, using his creativity, compassion, and passion for sports to empower youth and inspire lasting change.

GODWILL MORAKA

HEAD OF FOOTBALL

Godwill Moraka brings exceptional value to DIALI as Head of Football, combining elite playing experience with a proven track record in youth development and performance leadership. His international background—representing England in futsal and playing professionally across four countries—gives him a global football perspective that aligns perfectly with DIALI’s mission to connect talent with top-level opportunities.

As a coach, Godwill has demonstrated a consistent ability to develop and lead high-performing teams across various age groups and competitive levels. His coaching stints with K.M.S.K. Deinze U16, RFC Wetteren U19, F.C. St-Martens Latem U21, and EFPA Academy highlight his capacity to deliver results, with teams regularly topping their leagues under his guidance.

Moreover, his work as the founder of PeakPotential343 reflects a deep commitment to holistic player development—exactly the kind of forward-thinking approach DIALI champions. His success in transitioning amateur players into professional environments, including national team selections, directly supports DIALI’s goals of nurturing talent, enhancing performance, and building pathways to professional football.

With his unique blend of playing pedigree, coaching excellence, and developmental insight, Moraka strengthens DIALI’s football operations, ensuring that players receive not only top-tier guidance but also the vision and mentorship needed to reach the next level.

RAPHAEL DE SOMVIELE

HEAD OF MARKETING & EVENTS

Raphael is a 27-year-old Ghent-based marketing professional with a background in both Marketing and Graphic Design. A former competitive footballer who played at third-division level in Belgium, his playing career was cut short by injury — but his love for the game never wavered.

Rather than stepping away from football entirely, Raphael channelled that passion into a new purpose: supporting the next generation of players in achieving what he once set out to accomplish himself. As the founder of the Ballin-Cup tournament and through DIALI vzw, he has found a natural home for both his professional skills and his personal mission — bringing creativity, strategic thinking, and a genuine understanding of the athlete’s journey to his role as Head of Marketing & Events.
