On July 5th, 2025, DIALI vzw is proud to host the second edition of our yearly tournament, DREAM BIG FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT II — bringing together 8 talented teams for a day of high-intensity 11v11 matches on a full-sized pitch. Designed as a social gathering with a deeper mission, this event will create a powerful space where young players aged 16 to 24 can showcase their talent, connect with others, and be seen by scouts from professional and semi-professional football clubs.

With 20-minute matches in a fast-paced format and a group-stage-to-finals structure, the tournament promises both excitement and opportunity. More than just competition, it’s a platform for discovery, community, and empowerment.

Among the participating teams, 4 top non-league academies from Belgium and the Netherlands will bring elite youth talent to the pitch — raising the level of play and creating real scouting opportunities.

📝 Deadline for team registration is June 14th, 2025.

Opportunities

  • A structured program designed to develop young athletes on and off the pitch. Through focused technical training, tactical workshops, fitness coaching, and mental performance sessions, we prepare athletes to reach their full potential — whether at grassroots or elite levels.

MEET THE TEAM

  • Co - Founder

    Adnan holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in collaboration with the Johan Cruyff Institute. As a licensed FIFA agent with a deep passion for sports and a strong commitment to empowering others, he brings a unique blend of academic expertise, professional insight, and purpose-driven leadership to every project he undertakes. His work is rooted in the belief that sports can be a powerful catalyst for personal growth, social impact, and community development.

  • Co - Founder

    Mustafa is a creative and driven individual with a deep passion for helping others and making a meaningful difference in his community. With a strong love for sports, he believes in its power to unite, inspire, and develop young people both on and off the field. Known for his hard work and positive mindset, Mustafa is committed to uplifting those around him and creating real opportunities for growth. As a co-founder of DIALI vzw, he plays a key role in shaping the organization’s vision and impact, using his creativity, compassion, and passion for sports to empower youth and inspire lasting change.

  • Head of Football

    Godwill Moraka brings exceptional value to DIALI as Head of Football, combining elite playing experience with a proven track record in youth development and performance leadership. His international background—representing England in futsal and playing professionally across four countries—gives him a global football perspective that aligns perfectly with DIALI’s mission to connect talent with top-level opportunities.

    As a coach, Godwill has demonstrated a consistent ability to develop and lead high-performing teams across various age groups and competitive levels. His coaching stints with K.M.S.K. Deinze U16, RFC Wetteren U19, F.C. St-Martens Latem U21, and EFPA Academy highlight his capacity to deliver results, with teams regularly topping their leagues under his guidance.

    Moreover, his work as the founder of PeakPotential343 reflects a deep commitment to holistic player development—exactly the kind of forward-thinking approach DIALI champions. His success in transitioning amateur players into professional environments, including national team selections, directly supports DIALI’s goals of nurturing talent, enhancing performance, and building pathways to professional football.

    With his unique blend of playing pedigree, coaching excellence, and developmental insight, Moraka strengthens DIALI’s football operations, ensuring that players receive not only top-tier guidance but also the vision and mentorship needed to reach the next level.
